Miss Lizzie

Hello everyone! I'd like to share with you some photos of a beautiful girl named Lizzie. She is graduating from high school this year (yay!) and her mother contacted me to take some senior photos (and do her hair as well!). So we set up this gorgeous shoot at the Heritage Museum in Santa Ana, and I just love how all the photos turned out! Here are some of my favorites from the day...

d & g engaged

One of my very best friends Debrah is engaged to be married! last week, on rainy Wednesday we grabbed our umbrellas and headed out to the back bay for this semi spontaneous engagement photo shoot. We thought this would turn out a lot different because of the rain, but the sun happened to come out right as we showed up to shoot! I think it created the perfect tone, and I am in love with all of the gorgeous colors that came together in these shots. Also, doesn't her hair look lovely? I sort of threw this together quickly because we thought it would get soaked in the rain anyways, but I think it turned out great. I did a half up style with this upside down fishtail braid and waved a couple pieces around her face. Check out how amazing Deb and Garrett look in these photos...

family photo fun

This post has nothing to do with hair, but it's a photo shoot I did of some adorable girls and I had to share it. I took these for my neighbors who watched my doggie for me for a weekend when I was out of town. Their dog Chanel and my dog Margie are BFFs. They both have the same excited, playful, nature.. and never cease from playing the whole time they are together. I am so happy to have met this family when I happened to be walking my dog as he was taking out his trash. Seems like a divine appointment to me! Anyway, here are some of my favorites from their shoot.
